Thursday Afternoon ladies

This is a new league for the 2015-16 season. Players can enter as a team or individually where they will be placed on a team.

Games are at 1:00 p.m.

To keep with our social theme, each week a different player will be asked to bring a light snack to be shared after the game with coffee or tea. Some ideas might include muffins, biscuits, cookies, cheese and crackers. There are only 16 ladies. See schedule below.

Sparing Fees for the 2017 Season

The sparing fee for non-members and one night members (curling in another league) is now $10. As well, people can now spare five (5) times in a season before being required to get a membership. (*The sparing fees paid would be deducted from the cost of the membership.)

The sparing fee should be collected by the skip who will give it to the league convenor.

The 2017-18 schedule will be posted in November.

Our curling facility gratefully acknowledges the financial support of the Canadian Curling Association through its Curling Assistance Program.
In December 2014, our club President applied for a CAP grant from the CCA (now Curling Canada) in the Bricks and Mortar section. This April our club was one of 16 successful applicants (out of 75) to receive a grant of $8000.00. This plaque will be displayed in our club lounge. Thank you to the CCA (Curling Canada) for this much needed money, which will help defray many of the costs incurred  with our pipe project and other club upgrades.
